Cappadocia 4, Turkey

Cappadocia, famous for its moon-like landscape, underground cities, caved churches and houses built in rocks, is considered a “must see” destination in Turkey.  Its soaring rock formation, rippled landscapes, splendid walking trails, mysterious under

ground cities, and rock-cut churches, are unique.

  1. Ah, the Chimneys of Capaadocia. Beautiful pictures. Lots of history with the Desert Fathers. What did you think of being there and when did you go?

    1. We went there in April, 2011. It was an amazing experience. I told everyone that Cappadocia is a must go. The rock cave hotel is relatively new to tourists. My sister went to Turkey many years ago, they did not get the chance to live there. It was a cool place.
